- Growth in turnover organically and through selected acquisitions
- Expansion into new geographic markets, in particular for energy-efficient solutions  
  and the commercialisation of the NorrDigi® motion control system
- Expansion of technological know-how and production capacity
- Position higher in the customer's value chain
