Norrhydro's business consists of two main areas: profitable and cash flow-generating cylinder business and NorrDigi® MCC, which is currently in the commercialization phase, where the company will seek strong growth and opportunities to expand into new geographic markets in the future.
Norrhydro strengthened its product offering by signing an agreement in October 2021 under which it has committed to acquire a majority shareholding in Motiomax Oy, which offers electromechanical motion control solutions. With the acquisition, Norrhydro will be able to offer custom-made electromechanical cylinders (NorrDigi® EMA) and lead the industry toward zero-emission equipment and machinery.
The core of the business is in high-quality technology, efficient production and material procurement, as well as close and long-term strategic partnerships with industry-leading manufacturers, with whom we collaborate from the design and development phase of our products to their serial production.
