We are happy to announce our new “team member”, young local Nordic combined talent Waltteri Karhumaa (20)  In our first discussion with Waltteri, the identified common values came up very fast: excellence (high performance), passion and perseverance. Furthermore, it was fantastic to hear his thoughts about our slogan “partner in success”, which he expressed as appreciation for the individuals you meet – exactly how we think in our everyday business.   ![2022-08-11_8](https://www.norrhydro.com/hs-fs/hubfs/2022-08-11_8.jpeg?width=900&name=2022-08-11_8.jpeg) The evidence of Waltteri’s perseverance and excellence from JWSC in Zakopane (POL) 2022: • 1st place in the team competition • 4th place in the mixed team competition • 8th place in the individual competition We really look forward to cooperating with Waltteri and wish him all the best for the upcoming season 2022-2023.
